Privacy notice

This site is run by the founders of Yulen, Josué González and Gorka Muñecas. The contact email is legal@yulen.ai.

The controller of the personal data collected on this site is YULEN Inc. (in formation).

YULEN Inc. (in formation) keeps the data from the early access form: first name, surname, email, profile and, if you provide them, organisation, size, phone, country and your answer to the open question. It also keeps the page you signed up from, your language, the date and the country inferred from your connection. That country is inferred from your IP address, is only used to preselect the form's country and phone prefix, which you can change, and the IP address is not stored. We use this data to send you updates and, if you agree, to contact you later about your project. It is not published and not sold. The form includes a hidden field and a Cloudflare Turnstile check, which are used to filter out automated submissions.

The legal basis is your consent, which you give by ticking the form's boxes (GDPR Article 6(1)(a)). You can withdraw it at any time by writing to legal@yulen.ai; withdrawing it doesn't affect anything done before. We keep your data until you unsubscribe or for up to 24 months of inactivity.

Cloudflare, Inc. acts as the processor for the form: it stores the data above and the dates you signed up and were last updated in Cloudflare Workers KV, through Cloudflare Pages Functions. Cloudflare Turnstile receives your IP address and signals from your browser to check that the submission isn't automated; that IP address is not stored in the list. Cloudflare is based in the United States, so this data may be processed outside your country.

To understand how the site is used in aggregate and improve it, we use Cloudflare Web Analytics. The provider, Cloudflare, Inc., acts as a processor. It measures visits, page views, load time and each page's performance metrics (Core Web Vitals), aggregated by country, page, referring site, device type, browser and operating system. According to Cloudflare's documentation, it doesn't use cookies or local storage in your browser, doesn't fingerprint your browser or use your IP address to identify you (only to infer your country), doesn't track you across sites and doesn't log URL query strings.

The Turnstile check and the aggregate analytics are based on our legitimate interest in protecting the form from automated submissions and in understanding how the site is used (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

You can request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability of your data, and withdraw your consent, by writing to legal@yulen.ai. You can also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es) at any time and, in Mexico, if we didn't handle your request, with the Secretaría Anticorrupción y Buen Gobierno, which took over INAI's data protection role (gob.mx/buengobierno).
